This is Susie

Susie runs Pause & Breathe a small wellbeing company, offering various practices such as mindfulness, Qi Gong and Reiki. Susie will be offering regular mindfulness sessions at our Optimise Wellness Centre, on Wednesday nights and Friday mornings. Mindfulness is becoming more and more widely used, and is a practice where we can learn to be fully present. Often our mind is racing ahead to future plans, or going over the past - with mindfulness we learn to unhook from this, and to come into our current experience - whatever that is. Susie is offering either short block bookings - these will be themed, or each session can be attended on a drop-in basis too.
