Back pain can be excruciating, affecting walking, sitting and sleeping. I myself have suffered from entirely debilitating back issues and so can truely sympathise with anyone in this situation. There is often a close connection between the back and the hips and it is very common for work to be done into both to produce the best results. Core strength is important to support the back muscles also and so it is always recommended that following recovery the abdominals are developed along side the back and hip muscles to help prevent any further injuries.
