NECK

Neck pain can be due to a whole range of reasons. The neck is the most common place for people to hold tension. If dealt with quickly a simple relaxation massage can be enough. However after a while the muscles begin to spasm and the body responds to the tension by working those and other muscles around them too much, they become too tight and opposing muscles may weaken. Poor posture ensues to ease pain being experienced but in the long run, complicates matters.

 Within certain occupations, neck strain can emerge as well. Those who spend a lot of time driving, reading, or texting may find neck pain to be an issue.
