What is  Mindfulness

Heard about mindfulness but not sure what it is? Or maybe you're wondering how it could benefit you. It is more than meditating. We can bring mindfulness into every aspect of life, to help us fully appreciate it. So often our minds our racing ahead to the future, or are ruminating on the past - mindfulness allows us to be fully present. These sessions are great for beginners, or for those returning to a mindfulness practice. Also, if you are interested in one of my courses but would like to expeience my teaching first, this is a great way of doing so. It's an opportunity to practice with other people, which has such a different feel to an individual practice.
