This class embraces yoga in a slow and easy manner. There are no complex poses and it doesn't even matter if you can't touch your toes (because the instructor can't either ) There are plenty of variations for each of the stretches to make them accessible to everyone.
Breath work and meditation are actually the origins of yoga and so our focus will be on moving with the breath for example lifting your arms as you breathe in and folding forward as you breathe out.

Classes are small and therefore have limited places and so booking and payment in advance is required.

Prior to your first class there will be a consultation form to complete to ensure your safety whilst participating.
