Yoga done whilst sitting on a chair allows the participants to enjoy adapted poses and stretches without having to weight bear on knees or wrists. The class is perfectly suited to those who have arthritic pain, mobility issues or suffer from fatigue.
We will encorporate some breathing practices , yoga poses and relaxation/ meditation in the class.
Everyone works within their own boundaries and at their own pace. One of the best things about yoga is that it is an individual experience. It is an exercise that brings with it a settled mind and an inner balance that everyone can benefit from.
Prior to your first class there will be a consultation form to complete to ensure your safety whilst participating.
