Following your massage I will ask you to remain lying down until you feel ready to sit up. You may experience some lightheadedness and so it is important for you to take your time. As the massage assists the release of toxins and wastes within your body you will be encouraged to increase your intake of water for the day to help flush these out. You may have a healing reaction, which is a result of the movement of these toxins, symptoms include a headache, achy painy feelings or an area of particular discomfort for you may worsen initially. All these signs are in fact positive indications that the massage has promoted your bodys natural detox abilities.

   To make the most of your massage benefits I would recommend that you take it easy for the rest of the day,allow your body time to appreciate its treat and enjoy the relaxation effect you absolutely deserve.
